We all have moments of doubts, in our lives. These moments where we are looking for ways to fill our gaps and find the truth. This escape, for most of us, it’s to be into the wild. Because it's a way of reconnecting as human beings. May it be an hour, days, weeks cut off from the world. We are going into the forest to feel the power of nature, as a transcendence, to refocus and recharge. This moments, where I learn the most from life, and each time, imposes respect and humility. But for my part, of these trips, I never come back in the same way that I left

Are you French? Where do you live now? Your films/videos are fantastic. As a German I would like to suggest that you go to the Black Forest, Harz Mountains and Bavarian Forest in south-east and even parts of the German alps. There are other regions in Germany which are very unique, like the Spreewald (south of Berlin) where people of a Serbian tribe live and brought their culture and the environment is made of man-made canals and their cultural tradition have lived on for the last 900 years. They still speak a Serbian language. Also, the provinces/states of Brandenburg and Mecklenburg have a lot of wildlife and a lot lakes. These two provinces/states look like Ontario and Quebec here in Canada. Unfortunately, the European brown bear and the wolves have been exterminated but red deer and wild boars thrive. Also, the state of Thueringian has very impressive landscapes, like the Externsteingebirge and many wild boars and red deer as well. For some reason, Germany is always overlooked as a country which still has a lot of forests, wildlife and quite a bit of this forest is actually owned by towns, cities and the individual states and not by private people. These cities, states employ what we call in German Foersters (foresters) who not only take care of the forests but also of their wildlife.
