Corn Tortillas fried at 350 until lightly brown
Salt them to taste!


Salsa roja-
4 roma tomatoes halved
1/4 onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 jalapeños
1Tbsp water
4 chipotle peppers in can
1/2 salt
1/2 packet chicken bouillon

Char vegetables under broiler or a torch or over the stove top until char forms.

Peel (optional) the veggies and place in blender with seasonings, chipotle.

Simmer chips in sauce for 5 minutes until chips absorb the salsa.

Add eggs on top along with cheese, after that add any topping you'd like and destroy the plate
