Welcome to SQM’s 23rd Annual Contact Center Industry Virtual Awards Ceremony. For over 20 years, we conducted in person awards ceremonies with over 400 client participants accepting and celebrating their First Call Resolution (FCR) and Customer Experience (CX) performance success. We have worked to capture those same moments in our virtual awards ceremony where we hope to capture the spirit of what these awards mean to our award winners. SQM’s FCR Awards recognize award-winning contact centers, supervisors, and agents for over 50 different award categories, including Call Center of the Year, High Performing Call Centers, CSR and Supervisor of the Year, and FCR Best Practices. We are very proud of the fact that we get the opportunity to work with some of largest and most prestigious organizations in North America and that we get to celebrate in their successes year after year. It is for this reason as well that award recipients should feel very proud of their accomplishments as they are competing against top North American contact centers. We are excited to be sharing this virtual event with you and congratulations again to all of this year’s award winners.
