The FirePro W5100 is a power-limited AMD R7 260 that has been upgraded to 4GB of RAM... how does that affect gaming? Can it game in 2022?

Do you know if the bios on this card can be modded to increase performance like on the Radeon pro wx 4100 and 5100? A local used pc parts shop is selling these for $35 and I wonder if it’s possible to get more out of these gpu’s.
