Economists are sounding the alarm about the biggest price increases in decades, and according to new reports, that's causing hundreds of thousands of Americans to panic buy essential goods and upgrade old cars and appliances before businesses mark up their prices in 2025.
In a few weeks time, retailers, automakers and several other companies will be facing higher import costs that are expected to be passed along to U.S. consumers in the form of higher prices at stores.
To get ahead of the new hikes, bargain hunters are stocking up on multiple items before they start costing a lot more in the coming months.
