Policy bazaar ko ekbar number de Diya to daily phone karta rahta hai.
Kuch bhi search karne jao to mobile number Dena mandatory hai, ek bar de diya to fir daily call ata rahega. Daily mana karne ke bad bhi call ata rahega.

Mostly IVR are handled by admin panels where every call report can be generated. The user is shared otp via IVR call will be registered as an text input to admin panel which can be extracted by the server handler and they will able to use the information against you in any possible way.

Policy bazaar is similar to local agent on call. They get annoyed when you deny their advice. They do miss sell ULIPS. Experience of purchase and claim might be different.

IVR application have capability.... so that particular IVR is created in such a way that it expect numbers as input once caller enter anything it sends to the application owner ( Fraudster) in the backend where they can use it however they want... most of the time IVR uses Voice XML to transmit and receive the data.
