I just wish It could have been open to the public and be a huge celebration of the game kind of like how Pokémon does it. Even if I had to pay for a badge and there only be limited attendees, I'd be okay with that. Charging for entry could also help with offsetting the costs of such a big event.

Nevertheless worlds was fun to watch and I enjoyed it.

I liked worlds this year even though people couldn't spectate in person. The TCG/OCG format was terrible, but the other 3 were a ton of fun to watch.

The format was bad, and the games were.. kinda boring really but not the player's fault. I guess we know why people weren't invited, because they wanted to try to make a high quality production in a studio but they still failed at it. It blows my mind you couldn't spectate in person, THAT is what makes it a spectacle. Youtubers put on better shows than this with far less production than this BILLION dollar company.

So much wrong with this…I’m disgusted by this video and every other completely detached from reality employee at konami ruining the TCG.

You shouldn’t have even released this video, like how tone deaf can you be?

Knowing people are upset at konami making this a CLOSED and PRIVATE event NOT open to the public. But here you are showing how “great the experience was”, having the nerve to ask “would you like to attend worlds?”…ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

Then you get defensive in the comments? Making excuses for a billion dollar corporation, when you know well and good things DO NOT have to be this way. 25 years of YGO HISTORY PROOVES things do NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.
