I dont know much about Tiffany H, but DC mayor Barry was setup. Aside from his short comings, he did a lot for DC and "Black" people during his time. Keep in mind this was during the crack epidemic and a lot of us got caught up. Not a fair comparison Oshay. You shouldn't have used him as a comparison.
