Excellent video. I had pleural friction rub when I had my large granuloma (from vasculitis) in my lung! Sounds just like leather rubbing together. Or walking on fresh snow.

I hear this friction sound when i move my chest left to right. Its only on the left side and it is extremely loud

the breathing test doesn't work because inspiration will stretch the pericardium as well, so you can have pericarditis patient complaining "worsen with deep breathing." it's best to differentiate via the different pitch of the rub. High pitch for pericarditis, and lower pitch for pleurisy.
