KARO CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE

✨Ingredients✨

1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/4 cup (35 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp (45 g) cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups (1 l)milk
3 tbsp (45 g) room temperature butter
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳Instructions:
✅In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
✅ Pour 1/2 cup of milk and combine until there aren’t any lumps remaining. Pour the rest of the milk.
🔥 Cook over MEDIUM heat. Bring the pudding mixture to a full boil.  Cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
✅ Remove pudding from the heat.  Stir in the butter and vanilla.
✅ Pour the mixture into the ramekins or glasses, or into the big bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.
✅ Let cool.  Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

Although US volume measurements have been included for your convenience, it is highly encouraged that you weigh your ingredients using a kitchen scale to get the best possible results.
