Here it is! A year in the making - Foghorn Stringband Live - The Concert Film Set 1. Filmed live at Deep End Sessions, September 17, 2017. One of the finest American Old-time stringbands performing today. All acoustic house concerts and house dances like this are one of the ways old-time stringband music was originally experienced. 4 brilliant musicians playing, singing, harmonizing, enjoying what they are performing and having fun and yes there is a glint in Kaleb and Reebs eye contact❤

Caleb Klauder is, by far, the best mandolin player I have ever heard! Anybody can play chords but, he is note for note with the fiddle! In my opinion, that's the way a mandolin should be played!

Yes!! There are folks still out there that know what real music is and know and love ❤️ to make it. Great, Grew up on this in the hills of remote East Tn. In the Early 50’s. There was a time it was played on stage in Nashville -WSM. Greed came to town and tried to kill it But, It still Survives

I found them (again) by chance when they appeared on YouTube when I opened it the other night. I say "again" because, completely by chance, I had the pleasure, and the privilege, to see them live in Dublin back in July 2012 when an old friend and I went to see "some bluegrass band" one evening. We applauded politely when the local support act finished up and waited to see what came next. These folks came onstage, made some very brief introductions before the fiddle player started to saw-off some opening bars...it was electrifying, the crowd were cheering, clapping and foot-stomping along in about 5 seconds flat! Absolutely fantastic!

How I miss live music house parties. When I was a kid, they would empty the largest room in the house of most of the furniture so everyone could dance. I find it difficult to this day to sit and listen to these tunes. This is not sit and listen music, it's dancing music!
This has inspired me. I'm going to have to get together some friends and have an old time house party with music and dancing.

Hottest bass player I have ever known. Plays the bass more like a bango, dam Lady Landry, you are good.
