I was wondering how you order the setup above as all I can find is the one extension ladder and a step ladder addon?

I recently purchased Dual side EZ Glide 2 Ladders racks for my new 2016 Ram ProMaster 138" WB van. The installation instructions were a sorry mess obviously translated from Chinese with a lot of vague & contradictory instructions.  When I called Weather Guard tech support for some help I got a different story each time I called and it took them three tries to send me the correct parts for the installation and even then they took their sweet time getting the parts to us. I finally went to a ProMaster dealer hoping to see how to install the racks but found that even their installations were cobbed up. Apparently they couldn't figure out the instructions either. I will say that the racks themselves seem to be very well built but given the wasted time we spent trying to figure out how to install them I'm not sure they were worth the money. After many hours, phone calls and upgraded parts we did manage to get the racks installed but it would have been so much easier had we been given the correct parts with good installation instructions in the first place.
