I've been programming in C++ for a long time ... i almost cry when the for loop ran without you declaring the type for f or initializing it and no semicolon.. no parentheses. it looks so naked and it worked!!!! OMG I'm freaking out

I need to generate Text to Speech but the problem is which library should I include; hence my requirements are a windows operating system plus I need everything to be done locally I do not need translate nor always connect to google for assistance! if possible; I have used gTTS and pyttsx where they all generate errors but why I have no clue??
