Emma frosts medallion is pretty good cuz it can detect ppl with the stealth medallion and it helps you find nearby players also it prevents bushcampers from getting far

just dont pick up mysterios medallion, your bassically asking to lose unless you want to screw around and need some faffing material
otherwise the others are better
although they are more passive so they can suck at some points
