Amazing video. I learn a lot with your “long” tutorials, I really missed them…

2 months ago I didn't know anything about color grading in Davinci, after watching your video I am now color grading my own video project, creating the look I always wanted. Thank you so much!

Hey qazi can you do a video about export in Mac
The color not look the same when I export
What do I do wrong????

My only issue with this color look is that most shots in Stranger Things aren't this look so if I have a casual daylight scene and apply what I did here, I break it. So then what I would have to do is do a grade from scratch.

Btw: qazi's shot would fit a lot better in a tutorial of a John Wick fight in club scene

Hey, I'm pretty interested what color grading the Hulu series Only Murders in The Building is using, what I heard they use a Kodak Filter, probably the 55, because they want to recreate some 50's style, but how do they do that? The HDR circles also seemed to helped them

Hey Qazi! I know you're using film convert nitrate, right?
Just a question, that I cannot figure out and find no answers anywhere.
When I install the plugin it always says "failed to load" whether I am on version 18 or 17...studio version btw... If anyone has a solution I would be very thankful!
Oh, and btw, I already deleted the pluginCacheV2.xml file several times... didn't solve the issue.. Neither BM support, nor filmConvert support can help...

If we're using Davinci Color Management with Davinci Wide Gamut, how does the HDR palette work? Do we have to make a selection in Input Color Space when right clicking a clip? If so, do we select Davinci Wide Gamut as the input color space or should we select the original color space (like Slog3.cine for example). This is a good idea for a future video...hint hint. I'm just confused as to what we select in the HDR palette when working in Davinci Wide Gamut...that or the original clip's gamut.

This may have been my favorite look breakdown. Not because of the look but because of the process and breakdown! Look was cool to though.

Excellent insights, as always! I never would have thought to use Color Compressor in this instance. It's so useful to find out not just about the tools, but also in what scenarios they would be suitable. Thank you!

I always enjoy your videos. What do you think about adding some vignetting? I guess it would be helpful to have a starting clip where there is focus on a central chracter as in the Stranger Things clip but in that clip there appears to be vignetting applied to draw you in to the central character.
