What I like most about this playlist, besides Rouge, is the fact that this is incredibly specific.
It's not just jazz. It's not just Jazz that was made for crime tropes. It's crime-trope Jazz music from video games.

I personally like collecting vaporwave tracks that sound like muzak for millennials. I assemble a playlist, filter it so it sounds like it's coming from a distant, shitty-quality speaker, and add the ambience of a busy public restroom.
