Dear Sir I'd like to ask you one important question that government have given work to small- small companies ( projects monitoring consultants) for implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas schemes unfortunately these PMC hire Junior Engineer (CIVIL ENGINEER) for execution of projects but they didn't pay basic salaries of JE Civil Engineer even these Pmc didn't pay salaries in time

These PMC only pay 6k-9k to qualified Civil Engineer
even these PMC COMPANY PRESSURED TO WORK ON SUNDAY
HOW CAN EMPLOYEES TAKE ACTION AGAINST THESE PMC?
IS THERE ANY WAY TO FILE CASE FOR COMPENSATION?
THESE PMC DOESN'T MENTIONED SALARIES ON CALL LETTERS?
