'One By One' by The New Shining is the 6th track on the new album 'Elephant' (2019). 'Elephant' is the 6th studio album of this Dutch 3 piece band. This album is dedicated to depression awareness. It's a shout-out to 'the invisibles', the people that struggle, suffer and fight courageously in silence.

I've already suffered with depression but today I'm really proud to say I was stronger and I won the fight against it. For everyone that's suffering with it, just remember: you're not alone!
