The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday alleged that Delhi Chief Minister Atishi's belongings and other items were thrown out of her official residence - 6, Flagstaff Road - on the orders of Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. The Arvind Kejriwal-led party also claimed that the move was part of the BJP's plan to occupy the chief minister's official residence.

Let PWD do all the procedures of taking over from kejri and then if applied and found correct it may be allotted to anyone whom the PWD considers .
Also its a property under investigation for fraudulent funds and unauthorised construction and tree cutting.
