Lonnie's Shack is a companion quest with Sean, if you're patient. I think it takes place when your camp is at Clemens Point.

Don't forget to check the loose board in the wall, opposite corner from the pistol. You can always wait for the home raid mission from Sean, during Chapter 3

You can do the same thing 4 times and keep each individual guy alive each time and learn where each of them have a hiding spot

I threw the dynamite while the door was closed. Three of them died the fourth one screamed in pain before dying. It was actually pretty satisfying
