Biden tours storm-ravaged Florida after Hurricane Milton

President Biden toured storm damage in Florida on Sunday, just days after the state received a direct hit from Hurricane Milton. The president also announced that more than $600 million will flow to help update power grid damage caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, which ravaged Georgia and North Carolina as well. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports from the storm zone.
