Kyiv claims deadly Makiivka strike, Moscow confirms deaths of Russian soldiers near Donetsk

Ukraine's taken responsibility for a New Year's Eve attack on a Russian military barracks in a suburb of the eastern city of Donetsk. Moscow says 63 of its soldiers were killed. FRANCE 24's correspondent in Kyiv Luke Shrago tells us more.
