Don't agree with this at all. The EPA is empowered by Congress to control pollution, not to look at the cost of doing so in terms of the effect on prices. If Congress wants the EPA to take that into account, it should change the language of the law, not berate the administrator for following a supposedly inadequate law--a law written by Congress and signed by the President. An analogy: The school board attacks a teacher for not teaching geography, when "geography" is not part of the official curriculum passed by the school board. Look at the two-by-four in your own eye.
