My mini Rex does this. He’s so stinking cute. I just check his ears when he is shaking them a lot. Sometimes I just need to wipe them out with some damp cotton.
My little guy has a little “dude lap” too that he keeps clean. That little shake - It’s like a little partial binky. My mini Rex and my lop both do them. I swear sometimes they’re too lazy to do a full one. But they’re so stinking cute. Your bun is lovely ❤

He could have ear mites they shake their head around like that as a symptom of that so id see if he does it regularly and if so you might want ti get it checked out

I had a rabbit that did this when he didn't like a scent or if he had something in his nose like fur or hardened snot. He was indoor so I started grooming his eyes and nose and ears for anything annoying. Other than the occasional eye buger fur was the culprit 😂

They do that when something is itching.
Sometimes they then scratch their ears, so they do it when something in the head/ear area is itching.
