What's your thoughts on the RG35XX 2024? Needed? We love that CFW works on day one, but the price makes it a tough recommendation from us initially. $50 before shipping is not bad if you don't have a 35XX Plus yet, but we'd love to see $40 - $45.

What on earth are they doing? They have the plus model for barely $10 more with WiFi, hardware, and an improved chip set. Instead of focusing on new and useful products, they just did a refresh on a handheld that didn’t need it.

Here's the actual reason why ... Someone at the warehouse determined that they ran out of the old guts for the 35XX ... But they still had a lot of shells, triggers, etc. So they crammed the new insides into the old shells.

I doubt there's any strategy behind anything that Anbernic does.

rg35xx plus minus is the only correct name 🤓 It has one win over the plus and that's the grey bezel - looks way nicer when the screen is on.

the point is this for me. If anbernic gets rid of the first version and leaves only this "new" basic version together with the rg35xx plus then it might make sense, if it keeps all 3 versions then it really won't make any fucking sense for me!!
