Foxtails are rare in sc but i live in south west Florida and they are literally everywhere very common hope they survive in your area👍🌴

Which do u prefer queen palms or Foxtail palms for front and backyard cause I have 8 queen palms all together in my yard but they make too much of a mess and their sometimes hard to cut cause of the big thick brown things that the dates come out of and I don’t know if the fox tail grows the same thing which is y I’m asking you if u know which one would be easier to maintain

That queen looks of good stature. Fat grey trunk needs some nutrients but I bet it's got some litoralis genes. I have a couple litoralis here in TX 8b I'm planting mine when they get 6 and 8 inches dia. Trunks

Let me know how it goes! I picked me up a queen in Florida and Im thinking I will overwinter it indoors during winter but I’m not sure yet. Looking to hear other peoples methods to decide.
