Air Jordan 1 Defiant Couture Review & On Feet

Today I’m reviewing the Air Jordan 1 Defiant Couture! The Jordan 1 Defiant Couture or as it’s also been called red stripe 1s, features thicker more “premium” leather on the upper. This semi gloss leather may look nice but more and more people are reporting that their Air Jordan 1 Defiant Couture sneakers are dramatically creasing on the toe box. In addition the shoe also features a giant hand painted red stripe on the side of the shoe which some people like and some don’t. Check out the review to learn more!

The unfinished look

It's just different & done by hand
People are scared to be different these days

The fact that it was done by hand and every shoe is different and the paint is inconsistent makes it so much better. A custom shoe is a good thing.

Got mine delivered today. These grew on me. I was skeptical watching these video and reading reviews. When I saw them in hand and tried them on it changed my mind. These are dope. Definitely not an everyday shoe but I’ll definitely plan to rock these to special events

I‘m still not sure how I should feel about this stripe. On the one hand it is a pretty dope concept but on the other hand it would be way better if the swoosh would be in another color, for example black.
