Todays project: Coffee cups - scroll saw art
Project time: 45 minutes
Project Notes: intermediate scroll saw project
Materials: 1/2" oak, pallet wood

Our original templates are designed in Inkscape on a MacBook Pro.
The videos are recorded using a GoPro Hero4 (great camera) or an iPhone. We use iMovie on a Mac to edit our videos.
The music in our videos comes from the sound library on the mac which is "royalty free".
We hope you enjoy all of our content.

I picked up a Skill brand variety pack at lowes. I mainly use the 28 tooth. I also found Bosch makes ok blades. I need to try more brands and tooth counts to give a better idea of quality

Does your scroll saw not have to be clamped In two locations ( top and bottom) mine does and it’s a pain. Great video

Russell nice work! very skilled with the scroll saw. Could you tell me what brand of blades you use and tooth count? I ordered a set of Olson Scroll Saw Blade - Reverse Tooth 5 " 11.5 Tpi, 12.5 Tpi, 9.5 Tpi but they done seem to be cutting very well, Maybe its my adjustment on the tensioner.. just curious what you use?

I recently got a scroll saw but when i try to cut like a 1/2 inch the wood starts vibrating, you have any points? please. can i cut any wood? thanks.
