In the netherlands we almost always use a special jamsugar (with pectin in it). That seems a bit unnecessary with peaches i see! Great video! I can remember we went on holiday to italy when i was 7 years old in peach season and we did the car ride in one go (like 12 hours or so). When we where close by the camping we stayed there was a fruit orchard and the people where harvesting peaches, the owner of the orchard came to us and gave us like 20 peaches. They where the best fruit ive ever ate in my live. I ate like 5 of them in 5 minutes😂. The peaches where so good in went back every day of the vacation to buy some peaches. What a memory!

well, my advice (my grandmother's actually): in Palestine, tomato paste is a spread put on Taboon bread (a bread backed in clay oven on "landscape rock "searched"). tomatoes are (real tomatoes) harvested and the excess is cooked in a big "pot, container, tin oil container) under which olive dead branches and leaves are burned... nothing is removed (seeds, water ...whatever) the result is tomato paste that can be spread on that (Taboon) good bread with olive oil if you like (and if you are rich)...

Ciao again! A couple of questions. Do you count 3 kilos of peaches, whole, with pits? Or 3 kilos of already cut peaches?
And you add a few of pits in the pot, not all of them, right? :)))
