I have forerunner 265! Along with standard running coach plans it has one more "Garmin run coach" where I can customise the running plans even beyond full marathon using it. And also I am getting daily suggested workouts related to the event that I add to my Garmin calendar. Before this I had instinct 2 which doesnt have these features.

Now my friend wanted to get new instinct 3 amoled 45mm. So, my question is does Instinct 3 amoled one has Garmin run coach where he can customise for ultra marathons also? And will it give daily suggested workouts based on the event that I add to the calendar?
