Ingredients :
1 pax tempeh around 250 gr to 300 gr
250 gr green beans
500 ml vegetable oil for deep frying the tempeh
50 gr shallots
25 gr garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
20 gr small green chilli
40 gr red curly chillis
1/2 tsp mushroom or chicken or vegetable bouillon powder
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

Thank you for your recipes. Should I boil tempeh before frying to remove bitterness or it is done by deep fry?
