Tax credits don't work when your boss screws with your hours outside of normal arrangement then you cop the bill for overpayment a year or two later when out of work as there was no way to keep track of your hours in any way that could practically keep HMRC updated. Trust me it happened to me so I know. BBC try reporting on that one.

Yes paying family to much money the hole tax credits is an absolute shambles to the extent management wages are less than the the labour wages, also it's a whirlpool you struggle to get out of financially,

Since i came to scotland in 2005 i start to work in 2008 to 2009 i have to left my job the reasons i dont have child minder if i have child minder im still working and the reason im in grangemouth my ex husband bring here for what divorse me and let the goverment feed my family and all i can say thank you very much take care of my child

What would they do if there was no welfare system? Get the father's to pay up...not taxpayers.

I start to work on boness i got working tax credit they kick me out now i need to pay even the working tax credit never mind thats my luck viola mocsar they stop my chil tax credit now im working in grangemouth bp garage with 16 per week i wasnt able to send back my revenage paper i was stress out they want me to go back hungary but i dont have money for buy ticket or new passport i dont have house phone jobcenter dont have free phone 😐
