Hello, I am having error code 1603 during my installation. Can't figure out what's causing the failure. Could it be because my OS is Windows 8.1?

When i click on New sql . It ask me to chose installation media ? Which file should I chose?

When i click on that first field on "Installation", New SQL server... it asks me to specify a folder (and it didnt ask you) and whatever folder i choose it says it cannot instal there
