Loghain sacrificed himself killing the archdemon but Alistair still isn't 100% pleased with you for your decision.

So sarcastic. Can I get a "Slap Alistair" mod please? o:)

King Alistair
Master of Passive Aggressive combat

It seems Alistair learned a thing or two from Morrigan's verbal bitch slaps.

Hes mad because after all the things Loghain did he still is granted the honors and respect, fame, that a blight-queller would get. Loghain, after all his back-stabbery, will be the one who gets a tomb of honor at Weishaupt, and is remembered throughout history alongside Garahel as a legendary grey warden while Alistair is only a lowly king of Ferelden, a footnote of history

You never stop being a Warden, Alistair.

Wow, pretty much everything he said was dripping with sarcasm. That's really sad, considering how nice he was at the beginning... ;_;

So basically, you get upgraded to "frenemy" with Alistair, if you choose this ending?

When he says he's no longer a Grey Warden, I think he forgot that in 30 years the Calling will come to him

There should be this option at the Landsmeet:
(Persuade)I’m doing what Duncan would have done. “The Blight demands sacrifice.”
Alister remembers that Duncan killed Sir Jory before saying that. He realizes letting Logan join the Wardens would be the best way to honor Duncan and stays friends with the Warden.

Funny thing is he doesn't seem so angry if you go back to the wardens. He sounds more sad than angry then. XD

this is kinda the best possible ending but the hardest to get as well, shows how well the game is made

@DeatgMagnet Do you read what the devs said? David Gaider confirmed that Loghain had nothing to do with the Cousland massacre. Being Teyrn of Highever and arl or two arlings, he was an ally, an ally Loghain very obviously despised. Actually it was Cailan's glory hunting and the Wardens' idiotic secrecy as well as their former treason that brought chaos to Ferelden. Sweet that you think that Morri is a softie on the inside, I highly doubt it. She is ruthless and dangerous.

It depends on how persuasive you are, if your character has a high enough Coercion level you can persuade Alister to marry Anora or the other way around, hope that helps :D

Haha with the audio captions on when he says "Duncan is dead" it comes up as "Don King is dead"

I killed Laghain in part b/c my relationship with Allistair was pretty good. Loghain is quite the bastard.

Geez, Alistair, get over it already! *Phew*

A thought occurs to me after playing through the game. How exactly can Alistair decide "I'm not a gray warden anymore?" He's still got the taint in him, and that Taint is what makes him a Warden.
Honestly, there are so many things that I wish could be done in the game, like calling him on that, or get Loghain locked up for life, as a 3rd option.

He's exceptionally passive-aggressive in this scene.

@MrWezlum18
nothing loghain isnt seen in the court at all, he then goes on to become a grey warder recruiter and alistair becomes the king quite the opposite of what both intended

Could you upload what the ending is like with Alistair as king and Loghain surviving? I haven't been able to find a single vid with it.
