5:30 If I recall, in the second game, E. Gadd inadvertently let King Boo escape by selling the painting at his garage sale. (Nice going, stupid.)

All the enemy’s in sunshine were actually created by bowser jr, that’s why all the enemies look weird

In Dark Moon, when King Boo talks to Luigi, I took one the lines in a TOTALLY different way. "Im painting the town RED!" As in blood.

I like how king boo has a heart for his other boos who he considers as family.

I love how peeved king boo looks in LM3, like he just rather kill luigi than put him in a painting

It is confirmed that the gems he uses in the Luigi's Mansion series change his look and his over all power.

It could be Luigi's perspective of how he sees king boo

The Sunshine King Boo is called King Boo only in the West. In the Japanese version he's ボステレサ meaning Boss Boo.

My theory is that the King Boo from Luigi's Mansion is THE King Boo, he's the king of the kings

While the other King Boo, he's just here to take the other's role when he's not there, like a general which is why we see him more often, cuz Luigi's Mansion King Boo is too busy being stuck in a painting/Vaccum Cleaner to command his entire army

I’ve always thought that the King Boo from Luigi’s Mansion is a different character. He’s more cruel than even Bowser, and even gets bent on goals like collapsing the entire dimension, while in the other games King Boo is more goofy, like his subjects. Sure, characters like Bowser are villains one day and playing sports with you the next, but never anything to the extent of King Boo’s pure malicious intent for the world at large, so I think that combined with his different appearance, and the fact that King Boo from Luigi’s Mansion seems to be sealed away at the end of each game and freed almost directly prior to the events of the next, I think there’s no way that the two are the same character.

Side note, I think it is confirmed that King Boo from Sunshine is made of goo from Bowser Jr., like most of the other enemies in the game.

10:49 Actually, the Dark Moon has a pacifying effect on the ghosts of Evershade Valley. It’s only when the Dark Moon is broken into pieces and corrupted by King Boo that the ghosts go crazy.
(Edit: grammar)

The three types:

1.The mean one
2.The drunk one
3.The nice one

8:52. Actually, in Luigi’s Mansion 1, he states how he despised how he despises how Luigi kept vacuuming up all his “friends”. So he does see the other Boo’s as friends.

Mom: no we have king boo at home

Nintendo: slightly changes the design of a character
Theorists: is this a new character?

Something I would like to mention:

King boo may need to recharge the gem, so while waiting, he doesn't use it and doesn't do big activities, like Luigi's Mansion.

The King Boo from Sunshine could be a childlike interpretation of the regular King Boo, with him being goofier and looking more exaggerated, hence it being made by Jr like a child's drawing

When I was a kid I thought that the gems were chaos emeralds and that there would be 7 Luigi’s mansion games and Luigi just returns the emeralds to sonic.

I stick by the 2 King Boos theory.

There's King Boo, master of illusion. Works for himself and is cruel and devilishly evil.

And there's King Boo, King of the Boos. He works for Bowser and is pretty much just a trickster.

EDIT: I no longer believe in this theory. It's clear Nintendo sees them as the same person, and they are explicitly called the same person occasionally.
The reason LM King Boo looks different is likely just what King Boo looks like when he's super angry.
