Great jump! I rolled 6 ft 2 in in 1962 at 17 years old, wearing canvas shoes jumping into sawdust, dragging a canoe behind! Wel maybe not the last part!

Bro to be honest i never did scissor jump in my life but i can kinda vertically jump high and i am kinda overweight, but in my high jump event in college i almost jumped over 5ft with the scissor technique and that stuff earned me whole lotta respect ❤️ grateful for this technique
