Rihanna Begs Fans To Help Find Missing Backup Dancer

On Monday Rihanna took to Instagram to share a video of her friend 32-year-old Shirlene Quigley, a celebrity backup dancer and teacher. Shirlene has not only danced alongside Rihanna but with Beyonce, Chris Brown, Missy Elliott and more. The video sees Shirlene pouring her heart out to the camera with a message about spreading love- take a look.

In the Instagram video caption Rihanna urges, “This beautiful soul, and former dancer of mine is MISSING!!! My heart aches thinking of how heavy this is on all who love her! If anyone has seen or has any information on @shirlenequigley’s whereabouts… PLEASE CONTACT the North Bergen Police Department” and included the number to call. Missy Elliott has also posted a video of Shirlene asking for people to call the police if they have any information. According to NBC New York Shirlene was last seen getting on a bus at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City around 1am on Sunday, and her phone was found at a bridal store in Chelsea. Shirlene’s Father grew suspicious when he did not receive his nightly 6pm call from his daughter on Sunday night. Her father also revealed to police Shirlene recently made a cryptic comment to a friend saying QUOTE, “Get ready, it’s about to happen and I’m going to need you to sub for me.” Shirlene’s official website sites Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love” video as her big break in the industry and Shirlene is credited with creating the first High Heel Dance class at the famous Millennium Dance Complex.
