Ascension hospital cyber attack impacting patient care

According to the hospital group, 140 Ascension locations are affected by the cyber attack, as well as 40 senior living facilities. One patient FOX 2 spoke to said he saw people leaving the Southfield hospital amid a disruption in operations at the center.

I tthink then need to look into who started and quit job during #attacks. Hell #cleaning crew could do it and never be suspected! What crew cleans hospitals, and which hospitals was attacked? They need to upgrade system so its only compadible with hospital issue keycards/secuity issued drive / LOUD alerts should sound when foreign drive is used. #hospital #patients PPL DO ALOT TO MAKE FOREIGNER FAKE IDs....

My nurse sister in Wis, doesn't even know when to work, schedule on computer and have to hand write everything, no xrays, no CT scans. Said may be weeks before they are back up and running.

Terrible place to work for . Lowest wisconsin lowest staff possible in the walk ins women never get off in the walk in. Close it sundays thats what the er is for. Hire people or close on sundays these women are so over worked its sad. I wouldnt go to that butcher shop. Peoples records gone massive hippa violation dont matter who did it. Next the government is just as responsible they make laws so strict on doctors over pain meds when and if someone needs them they are paranoid because many been canned or criminally charged and many shouldnt of been. Its a mess.
