45 degree torso angle is the result of acceleration, NOT the other way around. That would be like saying, "for a drag racer to have a fast start, you must lift the front wheels off the ground"

Hey SprintProject I Need A Little Help. I Have The MySprint App I Used It Properly I Did A 30m Sprint. The Results Were My Power Was All The Way Up At 20.0 For Force And Gradually Came Fully Down In 4.0 seconds. My Force Started At 10.0 In The Force Line. My Force Fully Came Down At 3.0 Seconds. My Speed Started At 0.0 And Gradually Came Up To 8.0 As Force In 4.0 Seconds. Do I Need To Train For Max Velocity Or Strength?

I've got a horrible start. the split for my first 10m is always around 1.97s. Which is hilarious because the last 10m of my 40m is .89
