What is psoriasis?
It is an autoimmune disease where your immune system attacks itself. Causing skin cells to multiple at a increased rate. This leads to red bumpy patches covered in white scales. There is no cure for it. You can only treat the symptoms.

1. Yes I've seen a doctor. I was diagnosed 20 years ago.

2. Yes, I have tried plenty of diets that are supposedly good for psoriasis. These include but are not limited to, Gluten free, carb free, sugar free, carnivore. My psoriasis still came back. Surprisingly I was cleared during my unhealthiest period.

3. Treatments are dependent on individual, what might work for some might not work for me. I'm happy if you found something that works for your psoriasis :)
