They are not friendly
to the community.
They drive by you in their cars and never
come in the neighborhood.

We need to Ditch shot spotters and go back to a salt and pepper team to actually walk a beat. Residents would be more apt to open up to issues in each neighborhood . Get to know the people they protect. In schools, bring back the officer friendly program in elementary schools.
