All of the support in these meetings. As soon as someone is shot they will say don’t talk to the police.

It will be great if we could meet polices we
have now.
They are not friendly
to the community.
They drive by you in their cars and never
come in the neighborhood.

We need to Ditch shot spotters and go back to a salt and pepper team to actually walk a beat. Residents would be more apt to open up to issues in each neighborhood . Get to know the people they protect. In schools, bring back the officer friendly program in elementary schools.
