Freightliner cascadia won’t do or finish a regen. Clean out these sensors. DD15

This helped me today! It wouldn’t regen all day. And finally it cut off on me.. i took a small crescent wrench and took it off. I cleaned the dozer injector pretty good, and even stuck a screw driver in there. To get all that soot out!! I started my truck up. And it regen with no problem!! Actually had to regen twice. Which is good.

It’s not a sensor, it’s a fuel injector, and it’s recommended as well to replace because it has port were fuel gets spray out of, also to replace the gasket behind that little block, that little block is called a HC doser block (hydro carbon)

Hello. Mine get dirty and clogged. And keep spraying diesel and start to leak all over the place already replace my starter for the same problem. All diesel cover the starter. The c clamp to left is wet an leaking smoke. Already replace the fuel doser 3 times. Also i do port work 😅. Any help will be very helpful…
