Shooter was a 28 YO female named Audrey Hale with he/him pronouns, and was a trans activist who had previously went to this school 15-17 years ago

Children Dying is Sad always. Innocent people being targeted is sad always. I will never support taking guns away from Americans. Ever.

I kept wondering why they stated that it was initially a teenager but later stated that the shooter was 28 years of age. I think shooter may have purposefully dressed in a manner that made them appear younger so that they could gain easier access into the school without being readily questioned or detected.

Here's is a brief history, showing everything you need to know about Gun Control and a short argument at the end, for a caring, safe & healthy pro self-defense world.

In 1934 The (National Firearms Act) was passed.
To help combat the Italian and Irish Mobs in Chicago, it also made the purchase of many high powered firearms, such as the (tommy gun) harder to get for, the mobsters but also for the average person, unless you have the proper license.

In 1968 The (Gun Control Act) was passed, which made it illegal for firearms to be sent in the mail directly to the customer.
It also made it illegal for people to brandish their firearm in public.
it has been speculated, the reason for this act was the black panther movement and Lee Harvey Oswald.

In 1986 Ronald Regan signed The (Firearms Owners Protection Act) into effect.
Which made all full auto/select fire rifles, which were and still are wrongly categorized as machine guns.
From being sold to people who didn't have a special licence for it, and thousands of dollars to spend.

In 1990 the (Gun-Free School Zones Act) was passed.
Making it a crime to bring a firearm to any school.
It's been said this law was passed, to help combat the rising gang violence of the inner cities.

In 1993 the National Instant Criminal Background Check System or (NICS).
Was created by the (Brady Handgun Violence Protection Act). And was officially launched by the (FBI) in 1998 to help with the problems, of selling firearms to a criminal or a non licensed person.
This is used every time a Firearms purchase is made in the U.S. by a fully licensed dealer.
which includes gun ranges, sporting goods store and yes; even gun shows.

In 1994 Joe Biden who was speaker of the house at the time.
Headed, Introduced and passed with Clinton's signature.
The (Federal Assault Weapons Ban), which lasted for 10 years.
It's also worth noting, the term (Assault Weapon) doesn't have a clear definition, so people can lie and call whatever they want an (Assault Weapon).

In 1996 the Lautenberg Amendment, was introduced and passed with Bill Clinton's signature in 1997.
The amendment made it a crime for any individual, who has been convicted of a domestic violent act, to obtain a firearm.
Which many have claimed disproportionately targets many black & poor communities.

I would like to note that, none of these laws/acts stopped or had any effect/impact whatsoever on the (Columbine) shooting of 1999.

Since then over 300 so called (Common Sense Gun Laws) have been passed by the federal branche and at least 20, 000 local & state laws as well.
if after all that, we still don't have (Common Sense Gun Laws), then we're never going to!
It should also be said, that upon further research and a bit of critical thinking,
3/4ths of these laws, make no sense at all when applied to real life scenarios.
Yet mass shootings and school shootings continued and still happen to this day.
The history, data and dare I say the science, is clear and suggests that inacting more gun laws doesn't work and won't work, to stop these mad men from committing more atrocities in the future.
The only ones who follow these laws to the letter are law abiding citizens, who already own guns.
Also hypothetically speaking even if all guns were banned, these psychos and other criminals.
Would still find ways to hurt innocent people, whether it be by obtaining a firearm illegally, use of explosives, motor vehicles, chemicals, knives, blunt object, self made weaponry; the list goes on.
Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that, these horrific acts will never stop, until we break this cycle and do something different.
to reiterate we don't need more gun control, we've been there and done that.
so please stop advocating for policies that won't work, or else you are following the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result each time.

Possible Solutions:

1. Stop thinking politicians/the Government cares about you, and that they will save you; they won't.

2. Repeal at least 3/4ths of all gun laws.

3. invest in teaching everyone about guns and how to use them.

4. have people read books to further their knowledge about crisis situations, history, philosophy, psychology, health and medicine.

5. Promote discipline, healthy living and cooperation.

6. everyone should contribute to outreach programs & charities, to help victims of mass shootings.

7. Talk about the importance of mental health, give people the help they need and teach people to notice the signs.

8. Self police our own communities.

P.S. These solutions will only work if everyone agrees to do it and does their part.
which it will be expensive, time consuming and a drag.
Remember the only thing keeping us from obtaining a more free and safe future, is you.
if you are unwilling to do this, then shut up and stay out of the way!

For those against gun reform, any other suggestions? Because while we are bickering and trying to prove one side right over the other, we have children dying.

In other parts of the world it's called a tragedy. In USA it's called Monday. 🤷‍♂️ Next week another shooting somewhere else.

White immunity from all things discriminate and not one picture of the killer, but if she was black you'd already know her personal passwords and a 4D picture.

The fact thay news agencies dropped all the make beleive stuff to call her what she is, a woman, despite the fact that she identified as a man is somehow hilarious to me. To "misgender" someone is usually a crime to these people, unless its the "non binary" club Q shooter or the "Trans" Christian school shooter. Then its ok to call them what they actually are😬😬🤣🤣

I'm wondering if a school shooting at a religious school will be enough to move Americans to act to protect their kids since so far they seem to have chosen guns every time. The only thing Americans are crazy about more than guns is religion so this might be the one to watch since the church already meddles in politics.

Not one channel has mentioned the sex or race. Usually, if it's a man They would say it's a man. Not one station mentioned gender

This is way beyond the second amendment right we have to think about the safety of innocent people especially children.
