Hello! I have a lot of problems with PocketBook Touch HD 3 and I can't solve them. I haven't used the reader for about a year. Once the reader worked perfectly fine, but now it makes a lot of problems. When I plug the reader into my laptop using a USB cable, it doesn't appear on the laptop and there is no notification on the reader. It just charges. I tried giving both the automatic connection option and the option to ask about the connection first, but neither option worked. All other devices can be connected to the laptop. The reader does not work on other laptops either. When I tried to log in to the Send-to-PocketBook function using the email that is linked to my PocketBook account and I agreed to the terms of use, it told me that it failed. Neither restarting the reader nor the laptop helped, and the drivers are all updated. Can you please advise me how I should proceed?

@pocketbook_ch it doesn’t work after I update the software yesterday. It kept saying authorization failed, even though I am connected to PB store and cloud
