So I have a marantz 6012 that I've been having issues with. So it's about time to upgrade. Will I notice a big difference? Also, I just don't know if I should spend the extra for the cinema 40 or just the 50. The 50 is on sale. It looks pretty much similar since I use an external amp for my lcrs and my rears from XLR into RCA into the back of the receiver. Currently I'm going to do the same with the new one. So really I'm only going to be running the 115 W for four channels for my ceiling speakers and using it for my sub. Do you really think I need to buy the 40? Is it that much cooler and better sounding? Oh and I'm running jtr speakers for my lcrs and my rears and Beale Street audio. Four speakers for my ceiling and 118 PSA

Nice video and I love your chill energy! Could you give me some advice? I can buy the cinema 40 or a onkyo rz70 both for the same price. What should I do? Onkyo seems to have a lot but I'm worried about the build quality in the long run because I but a new receiver every 10 years. What do you think I should do? Thanks!

When doing 7.2.4 for 11 channels. Is there any difference between running a 7 channel power amp and then letting the receiver power the 4 overheads versus getting an 11 channel amplifier and the receiver powers nothing? Will you notice a big difference? Thanks!

I’m dying to know how it sounds against NAD? I love my T757 it’s always made high frequency shine making movies & music so much more vibrant (than Yamaha).
I’m finally needing a new one and considering the 50 / 40 but am concerned it might not give a similar vibrant effect??

kindly advise i have 7 channel power amp and can i assign my front, center, and surround and surround back total 7 speakers to my preouts settings and rest 4 channels to my main cinema 50 AVR, and choose 11.1 assign mode in the speakers/amp setting? without adding extra 2 channels to my external amp?
