Kabogo, let us agree that BBI was stopped by the courts not by Ruto. Ruto even suggested a multiple choice BBI where people would vote for the things they wanted and leave those they don't want. No county would have opposed an increase in revenue because all countries were gaining. A lot of lies are being told that Ruto stopped BBI to stop Mount Kenya from gaining revenue. One of the politicians who went to court to block BBI is Martha Karua who now the livestock are wooing to join them as DP!
