I swear there's no way the timing of her hiring wasn't because of the whole "recast aquawoman with Emilia Clarke" and while DC hemmed and hawed about it, Marvel snapped her up. Like thats such a _Marvel_ move, and I really want to believe it because thats savage and I love it.

I think Emilia clarke is playing agent abigail brand in mcu "s" secret invasion tv series.I am very happy about her joining in the mcu her performance in game of thrones was amazing and outstanding.i think it would be too great if she plays jessica drew aka spider-woman in the mcu.

Jessica Drew is a personal favorite. Not that it matters much, but Emilia Clarke makes all sorts of sense for this role, seeing as Jessica is technically British, as well. :)

Not that that's a given, these days, but still...


Would love to see her and Carol Danvers get together. :)

I always loved Jessica Drew in the comics. Amelia Clark deserves to be part of a solid lP because she is a beautiful and talented actress. I can't think of a better actress to play the complex part.

Definitely would dig her as Spider-Woman. Would be surprised if they let her be introduced outside of a Sony movie (although they have before). The reason the Spider-Woman as a Skrull reveal worked in the comics is because Jessica Drew was a character already around, not sure it would have the same impact with a newly introduced character as a Skrull in the MCU, would have more impact with a character people were familiar with. I would personally like to see her as Abigail Brand but we shall see.
