Kind of surprised that people are only now realising that Till uses playback in live shows? He still sings the majority of the songs 100% live and playback is only used selectively (for higher vocals or more shouty bits). Even on Live Aus Berlin (from 1998) there's obvious playback. Stein um Stein on the Reise Reise tour. Rammlied, Ich Tu Dir Weh, Buckstabu, Wiener Blut on the LIFAD tour. Even the chorus for Radio is playback on this stadium tour (why that particular decision was made, I can't quite fathom).

He has always done it. That doesn't make him any less of an artist. As I said earlier - the majority of everything he does live is really, genuinely live.

Für mich ist es ein Geschenk dass die Jungs noch live spielen und uns immer mit Songs überraschen wollen die ihnen Spass machen und sie spielen wollen.
Ich würde es verstehen wenn sie in dem Alter einfach aufhören würden.. (mir ist klar dass die damit Millionen machen)…
Also ist mir etwas Backing deutlich lieber als wenn sie manche Songs nicht mehr spielen würden oder die Tour verkürzen müssten! 🫶

Ich war schon auf etlichen Rammsteinkonzerten.2019 u.2022 auch mehrmals in der Feuerzone.
Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass Till extrem wenig Playback benutzt und das vieles von dem Gequatschte darüber völliger Unsinn ist !
Auch hier im Video ist der Gesang doch deutlich zu holprig. Das wäre dann mit Sicherheit das weltschlechteste Playback aller Zeiten .

If you’re all mad over him lip syncing. I highly suggest you stay away from the Lindemann stuff. Most of that is all backing tracked and lip synced
