Bragi Dash Pro Bluetooth Pairing Process Reset

How to pair your Bragi earbuds:
1. Put both earbuds in your ears
2. Start pairing with a Long Hold (5sec) on The Right Dash until you hear the pairing sound.
3. The Dash will now disconnect from any already connected audio device* and is (again) visible to other devices.
4. Select "The Dash##" in the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone.
5. Depending on the device you are connecting to, the pairing process may take a few moments.
6. A voice will tell you: "I am now connected" confirming that the pairing and connection have been successfully completed.

Even though it can smell bad around here we love the fresh air and being near the post office and in a quiet sleepy mountain town certainly gives us much closer access to Team Turtle and Team Beaver (Watch our "Who, what, when and where is JoesGE?" video if you don't get the reference).
All this to basically say that we are all addicted to coffee and stay in the warehouse for ridiculously long hours in order to keep up with the demands of the youth for these two-sided head audio devices and speakers that float when you throw them in the ocean or in your bathtub to test if they actually float. On top of that, we do like it when less stuff ends up in landfills so we hoard everything on shelves with wheels so that we pollute less, it just sits in our warehouse losing molecules slowly over time degrading to become smaller and smaller.

If you are still reading at this point you deserve an award, or a high five, or something because you must either be the most patient person on the planet, or you read blogs frequently. And if the latter is the case, then this whole thing must seem pretty short so let's keep going.

How about i don't hear any sounds in my eardbuds?

My White ones doesn't do the "Ding" sound and it wouldn't update the software when I plug it in to my laptop and open the Bragi Updater. The lights were in sync when it's not plugged in to my laptop but when it is plugged the left bud lights up 3 times then the right bud will light up. I've given them lights to breath in sync for over an hour but they never did. My black ones the Kickstarter Edtion doesn't do that, it never gave me a problem from the day I bought, they light up in sync a few seconds after I plug it in my laptop. I tried reseting it but it didn't help. I put songs in my White ones but couldn't listen to it because the left and right buds wouldn't connect to each other. Can you help me please?

Question about could we still use the dush? And if I have a new one but from the Amazon how could I start with the dush ? And also I did follow the step from a video said, we need hear the voice from the dush and then we can connect the dush right? I put mine into my ears and they didn't make any noise to indicate that it had connected. I made sure they were fully charged and they even glowed the blue-green light so I know they were on, but they won't show up on Bluetooth on my phone. I'm trying to connect to them but it won't work, please help me.

mine wont even turn on, I tried updating it too but when the final reset button tap step comes, it always tells me I pressed it for too long no matter how long I actually pressed it, getting quite frustrated so any help would be appreciated
