Hi, I have the exact same TV and menu. I am trying to download both the Disney+ app and the HBO one, but neither are there. Can you tell me how to actually somehow download those? I'd assume it's via the Google Play app store, but that is nowhere to be found in the menu either.

hey soo i’m trying to Install Walb news app on my TV it use to work but recently it stopped working I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it But it doesn’t open and it nowhere to be shown ik after u install and app on the tv it will say open but i don’t have that option i have even restarted the tv and still no solution Do u know how to fix this For my grandma every other app will open Except the Walb app
